Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, less the return shipping costs . The refund will be made promptly and no later than 14 days after receipt of the returned goods.
Return conditions for big bags:

Refunds will be made exclusively via the original payment method used.
Return of goods
The goods must be returned to us no later than 14 days after cancellation. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the deadline. Returns must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
🚚 Delivery & Return Information
Second approach
If the delivery cannot be unloaded on-site for any reason, a second delivery attempt will be made with notification . A flat rate of €83.00 will be charged for this.
Cancellations before delivery
If a cancellation occurs after bagging but before delivery, a restocking fee will be charged.
Returns during ongoing delivery
For returns or cancellations where the goods have already been shipped, the above-mentioned return costs will be charged.
Refusal of acceptance
A refusal of acceptance is considered a revocation and will be treated as a return. Regular return conditions apply.

▼ How is delivery done?
Delivery is free of charge nationwide (except for islands). Unloading is done curbside using a lifting platform. Bagged goods and accessories are shipped via parcel service.
▼ How quickly will my order arrive?
Delivery time is approximately 5 business days after receipt of your order. You will receive an email with a delivery notification. A telephone notification is available for an additional €10.00 net.
▼ Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. There is no minimum order value or minimum quantity. You only order what you really need.
▼ What packaging units are available?
Our stones are available in various packaging sizes: 20 kg, 25 kg, 30 kg, 250 kg, 500 kg, 750 kg, 1000 kg, 1300 kg and loose from 24 tons on request.
▼ Are the gabion stones pre-cleaned?
Yes, all gabion stones are washed and sieved before delivery.

Returns are generally possible. Please note that natural stone, as a unique product, is subject to special return conditions. Contact us in advance for details.
▼ What happens if I cannot accept the goods?
If unloading on site isn't possible, a new delivery will be arranged. This may incur additional costs. Please ensure the delivery address is easily accessible.
▼ Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are possible until shortly before shipping. After that, storage or return shipping costs may apply. It's best to contact us as soon as possible.
